Vatterott Home Builders for over 40 years.  Being the secondary company to such a large St. Louis name, Vatterott Properties funding also came second when it came to marketing materials.  They wanted an update from their current property lead faxing system to something more professional that is still easy to do while creating a look that embodies ‘long-standing’ without looking outdated. Elements developed: Web Site - A standard consumer site that also uses a specially designed maintenance tracking program used by both tenants and staff to track jobs logged and finished Property Flyers - Created on an as-needed basis in both printable and emailable versions to send to inquiries Business cards, Letterhead & Envelopes Property Signage Slipsheets and Presentation Folder - A professional cohesive piece that lists out all of the company's services Outcome: Vatterott Properties management is very pleased with the new marketing efforts and says that they both look and feel more professional.  They have also signed a contract with one of the largest leasing companies in St. Louis to handle all of their maintenance.
